1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011

(Amendment No 15).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)	To the extent that this Plan removes the minimum lot size controls applying to certain land, this Plan applies to part of the land within the Woregore Nature Reserve, east of Park Street, Port Macquarie.
(2)	To the extent that the Plan amends the Land Zoning Map to permit the carrying out of development for the purposes of sewerage systems or of waste or resource management facilities with development consent, this Plan applies to certain land in Zone SP2 Infrastructure at Cairncross, Port Macquarie (Kingfisher Road) and Dunbogan.
(3)	To the extent that this Plan effects minor law revision:

(a)	by correcting heritage item descriptions—this Plan applies to 50 and 54 Rollands Plains Road, Telegraph Point, and
(b)	by correcting headings—this Plan applies to all land to which Part 4 of Schedule 5 to Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies.

Each map adopted by Port Macquarie-Hastings Local Environmental Plan 2011 that is specified in Column 1 of the following table is declared by this Plan to be amended or replaced, as the case requires, by
