An Act to vest Section 335, in the Hundred of Lincoln, County of Fli tlders, in the Province of South Aus- tralia, in the Catholic Church Endowment Society, Incorporated.

second pnrt, thc Very Hcverriicl John Sruyth, tlic Venerable Patrick 'Thornas Ilusscll, and the Vary ~ e v r r c n d Julian Edrnund Tenison Woods, of the third part, a11 that country section or allotment of lrmd situatc at Port Lincoln, containing twenty acres or thereabouts, and brting lot n u m b ~ ~ u d 2 60, part of section numbcred 11 in the inap or plan of the country land of the Port J,incoln survey, was granted, bargained, sold, and released unto the said parties of the third part, thcir heirs and assigns, for ever, ulmn a i d for the trusts, ends, interests, and purposes therein nieiitioncd for the benefit of the Roman Catholic Church of South Australia: And wllereas a church and parsonage have been erected upon portiviis of t h ~ land hereinafter described, and other portions of the said land have been used by the Roman Cztholics of Port Lincoln as and for a cemetery, and it has until recently bccn supposed that the said church, parsonage, and cemc- tery were situate upon the said lot numbered 160; but it has now been ascertained that the sizrnr are situated upon section, numbered 335, in thtl said hundred: Ancl whereas t h s said lot,

335, forms part of the waste lands of the Crown, and the said Catholic Church Endowment Society, Incorporated, having paid to the Treasurer of the province at the rate of One Pound pcr acre for the said land. i t is expedient that the said scction should also be vested in the Catholic Church Endowment Society, Incos* porated, in manner hereinafter mentioned-Re i t therefore enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

the same is hereby vested in thc Catholic Church Endowment Society, Incorporated, to be held by the ssid society in fee simple upon and for tho trusts and purposes, and with, under, and subject to the powers, provisions, declarations, and agreements under and subject to which the said society new hold the said lot of land, numbered 160.

Not to affect owners

of section 11. 2. Nothing in this Act contained shall prejudice or affect the

owners of any part of section numbcred l1 in the said Hunclred of

Lincoln.

short title. 3. This Act may be citeri for all purposes as " T!rc Port Lincoln

Catholic Church Property Act."
