August, one thousand nine linndred and nine, between tlie then .Afinister for Public AVorks and the Electrolytic Pefining and ^melting Com[)any of Australia, Eiiniti'd, the said Afinister agreed, inter alia, that lie -would introdnci' a Pill to ])rovide that the wharfage rates on certain goods to be charged to and ])aid by llie said company from the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eight, should not exceed those set out in the Schedule hereto: And Avhereas it is deemed expedient to extend the terms of that agreement to all crude ores : Po it therefore enacted by the King’s Alost Excellent IMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Short title.

1 . This Act may be cited as the “ Port Kembla

Wharfage and Tonnage Rates Amendment Act, 1916.”
