PORT HEDLAND PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1995

Made by the Port Hedland Port Authority with the approval of the deputy of the Governor

in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Port Hedland Port Authority

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Principal regulations

2.   In these regulations the Port Hedland Port Authority Regulations* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 91 amended

3. Regulation 91 (2) of the principal regulations is amended —
(a) by deleting "9.7" and substituting the following —

4. (1) Part I of the Second Schedule to the principal regulations is
