PORT HEDLAND PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Port Hedland Port Authority with the approval of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Port Hedland Port Authority Amendment
Regulations 1997.
Principal regulations
2. In these regulations the Port Hedland Port Authority Regulations* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

3. Regulation 6A of the principal regulations is amended—

Approved by the Governor in Executive Council, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting "$1 800" and substituting the following—

$4 800 "; and

(b) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$3 600" and substituting the following—

" $10 300 ". Regulation 38A amended 4. Regulation 38A of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the second occurrence

of the subregulation designation "(3)" and substituting the following subregulation

designation—

(4) ".

Passed by a resolution of the Port Hedland Port Authority at a meeting of the Authority held on 18 November 1997.

The common seal of the Port Hedland Port Authority was at the time of the abovementioned resolution affixed in the presence of—
