PORT HEDLAND PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT
REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Port Hedland Port Authority with the approval of His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Port &Wand Port Authority

Amendtnent Regulations 1995.

Regulation 3 amended

2.     Regulation 3 of the Port Hedland Port Authority Regulations* is

amended by inserting after the definition of "interstate vessel" the following

definition —

"pilot" means a pilot approved by the Port Authority for the port

under section 16 of the Ports (Functions) Act 1993.
