(No. 3) 2012

These regulations amend the Part Authorities Regulations 2001.

Made by the Governcn in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These rettulations are the Port uthorities ni ndrnent
Regulations (No. 3) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the clay on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.
