Port Authorities Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Port Authorities
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Port Authorities
Regulations 2001*.

3.            Regulation 20 repealed

By Command of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

Regulation 20 is repealed.

4.            Regulation 81 repealed

Regulation 81 is repealed.

5.            Regulation 82 repealed

Regulation 82 is repealed.

6.            Regulation 121 amended

Regulation 121(2) is amended in the Table by deleting the items
"regulation 81" and "regulation 82".
