Austridia, with 'the advico and consent of the Legislative Council and IIouse of Assembly of the said Province, in this present

5. The said Comnlissioner may affix to each of such stand or delivery pipes such meter or meters as may be necessary for ascertaining the quantity of water supplied from such waterworks through each of such stand or delivery pipes respectively | |
6. .The Conmissioner may, from time to time by notice to be published in the Government Gazette, iiivite tenders from persons willing to lease one or more of such staid | |
