1. The Governor, in the name and on behalf of Hcr Majesty, may Lands bs

grant in fee simple to the Council of Education, as sites for school w t e d to Council.

be made unless on the written request; of the Corporation of the

said town, such request being testified by writing, sealed with the common seal of such Corporation, and signcd by the Mayor and countersigned by the Town Clerk thereof.
