1, This Act may for all purposes be cited as the " Port Adelaide mart title.

more particularly described in the First Schedule to this Act, and as delineated by a red line on the plan in the Second Schedule hereto, shall henceforth be taken to be the true boundaries of the water frontage of such portion of such section, and as so described and delineated shall be accepted by all Courts and persons as the lawful water frontage of such portion of the section aforesaid.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Commencing at a point on the east side of McKendrick Street, Birkenhead, at the east end of the boundary of water frontage defined in the First Schedule to Act No. 373 of 1886; thence easterly to the eastern side of Birkenhead Street, three hundred and seven feet southerly from its intersection with the southern side of Ylayfair Street; thence easterly by a straight line to the western side of Elder Street two hundred and seventy-four feet from its intersection with Playfair Street; thence north-easterly bp a straight line to the south-east corner of lot 5 one hundred and fifty feet from Cruickshank Street, along the boundary between lots 5 and 6 ; thence north-easterly by a straight line to the south corner of lot 16, being the south end of the Adelaide Steam Tug Company's Wharf: thence along the south-east side of eaid wharf, lot 19, and north-easterly along Kann Street Wharf to the northern side of R a m Street, distant about four hundred and sixty-six feet from the eastern eide of Elder Street; thence northerly by a straight line to the southern side of .Jardine Street, North Birkenhead; four hundred and eighty-seven feet six inches from Elder Road, as detined on plan No. 491, deposited in Lands Titles Office; thence northerly by a straight line, passing seventeen feet six inches east of the top of sheet piling at the Shell Transport and Trading Company's Wharf, on the north side of Stirling Street, situate about six hundred and seven feet from the eastern side of Elder Road aforesaid, and the said lipe produced northerly to the southern side of Lulu Terrace.
