HEREAS it is expedient to provide for additional railway Preamble.

W accommodation at Port Adelaide and Alberton in connexion

with the City and Port Railway and the acquiring of certain lands

situated at or near to Port AdclGie and Alberton therefor: And whereas plans showing the lands proposed to be acquired, signed

thereto, have been duly prepared and deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Coiincil and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, aa follows:

The Commissioner of Railways may enter upon, use, take, and acquire the lands delineated and referred to in the plans showing the lands proposes to be so taken, signed by the Engineer-in-Chief, and deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, as aforesaid, or so much thereof as shall be or be deemed necessary.
