An Act to amend

The Port Adelaide and Semaphore Railway

Act, 1874."

[Assented to, 16th October, 1875.1

HEREAS, in order to carry out the works authorized to be Preamble4

W constructed by The Fort Adelaide and Semaphore Railway

Act, 1874," it is necessary to make a deviation in the line as shown

by the plans deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, and referred to in the said Act, and to acquire other land for such purpose: And whereas a plan showing the course of such deviation and the land proposed to be acquired, headed 'cPort Adelaide and Semaphore Xailway, plan showing proposed deviation of line and land required," and signed H. C. Mais, 27/9/75, together with the book of reference thcreto, haw been duly prepared and deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide-

Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province in this present Parlia- ment assembled, as follows:

2. This Act shall be incorporated and read together with
