An Act to complete the Exchange of certain Poonindie
Lands,
HXREAS it is expedient that this Act should be passed for the
Preamble.
purpose of completing an exchange of certain Poonindie lands which has been arranged between the Government of | South Australia |
and the Trustees of the Poonindie Native Institution-Be it Enacted
by the Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the
said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
l, The lands described in the First Schedule hereto are herebyyesting of lands in
vested in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown lands, and discharged
from all previous trusts.
vested in the Right Reverend John Reginald Harmer, of Adelaide, and Edwin Gordon Blackmore, of Adelaide, Esquire, as joint tenants for an estate in fee-simple.

Reverend John geginald Harmer, Sir Samuel Davenport, and Edwin Gordon Blackmore, but so also that, so far as regards the protection ofgurchasers and others dealing with the said land, their ownership of the said land and of the purchase-money thereof shall be deemed absolute and without exception.
