2 Pools (On-line) Amendment (No. 1) No. 327, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This rule may be cited as the Pools (On-line) Amendment Rule (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended rule 2. The Pools (On-Line) Rule is amended as set out in this rule. ˙ Amendment of s.1.1 3. Section 1.1— omit, insert— ‘1.1 This rule may be cited as the Pools (On-line) Rule 1990. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.16.11 4.(1) Section 16.11— omit ‘ Dividends payable to divisions 1 and 2 winners ’, insert ‘ Dividends payable to division 1 winners ’. (2) Section 16.11— omit ‘ in their respective divisions ’, insert ‘ in that division ’. ˙ Amendment of s.17.1 5. Section 17.1(d)— omit, insert— ‘ (d) the provisional value of each dividend in division 1 and the value of each dividend in divisions 2, 3, 4 and 5. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.19.1 (Prize Claims) 6. Section 19.1(e)— omit ‘ prize dividends in division 1 and 2 ’,

(4) Section 19.3(e)— omit ‘ or 2 ’. ˙ Amendment of s.19.4 (Minor Prizes—Claims/Payments) 8.(1) Section 19.4(a)— omit ‘ divisions 3, 4 and 5 ’, insert ‘ divisions 2, 3, 4 and 5 ’. (2) Section19.4(b)— omit ‘ $500, or ’. (3) Section 19.4(c)— omit ‘ divisions 1 and 2 ’, insert ‘ division 1 ’. (4) Section 19.4(d)— omit ‘ division 3, 4 or 5 ’, insert ‘ division 2, 3, 4 or 5 ’. (5) Section 19.4(e)— omit ‘ division 3, 4 or 5 ’, insert ‘ division 2, 3, 4 or 5 ’. (6) After section 19.4(f)— insert— ‘ (g) A prize dividend in pools division 2 is payable only by the Office. ’.
