2 Pollution of Waters by Oil Amendment (No. 1) No. 150, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Pollution of Waters by Oil Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 July 1992. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Pollution of Waters by Oil Regulation 1988 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.10 (Testing fee) 4.
