Police Service Amendment Act 1999

No 73—Proclamation

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN,

By Deputation from His Excellency the Governor

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South

Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2

of the Police Service Amendment Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	appoint 1 February 2000 as the day on which that Act (except for Schedule 1 [5]) commences, and
(b)	appoint 1 July 2000 as the day on which Schedule 1 [5] to that Act commences.
