1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Police Service Administration (Queensland Corrective Services) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Police Service Administration Regulation 2016.

3   Amendment of s 67 (Approved agencies—Act, s 10.2G)

(1)Section 67—
insert—

(ja)the department in which the Corrective Services Act 2006 is administered;

(2)Section 67(ja) to (n)—
renumber as section 67(k) to (o).
