2 Police Service Administration (Police Services Charges) No. 402, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Police Service Administration (Police Services Charges) Order 1992 . ˙ Prescribed police services 2. For the purposes of section 10.16 of the Act, the following types of police services are prescribed— (a) traffic control; (b) crowd control; (c) escort duties; (d) security services. ˙ Charges for police services 3. For the purposes of section 10.16 of the Act, the charges for providing prescribed police services are as follows— (a) labour—$49.30 per hour; (b) if an overnight absence is necessary—travelling, accommodation and meal allowance for the officer at the rate payable under clause 3.5(10) of the Police Service Award—State; (c) use of motor vehicle—$0.48 per kilometre; (d) use of motor cycle—$0.181 per kilometre; (e) use of boat— (i) with an outboard motor of not more than 15 h.p.—$10.00 per hour; (ii) with an outboard motor of not more than 50 h.p.—$25.00 per hour; (iii) with an outboard motor of more than 50 h.p.—$90.00 per hour;
