Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2013 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Police Service Administration Regulation 1990. 3 Amendment of s 1.2 (Definitions) Section 1.2— insert — ‘ Australian Crime Commission means the Australian Crime Commission under the Australian Crime Commission Act 2002 (Cwlth). Australian Customs and Border Protection Service means the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service under the Customs Administration Act 1985 (Cwlth). Australian Security Intelligence Organisation means the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation under the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation Act 1979 (Cwlth). Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre means the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cwlth). Crime and Misconduct Commission means the Crime and Misconduct Commission under the CrimeandMisconductAct 2001 .’. 4 Amendment of s 7C.2 (Law enforcement agencies—Act, s 10.2G) Section 7C.2(a) to (d)— omit, insert — Page 2 2013 SL No. 14
