Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Police Service Administration Regulation 1990 . 3 Replacement of s 8.2 (External service providers) Section 8.2— omit, insert — ‘8.2 External service providers ‘A public service employee, who is employed in any of the following units of the department in which the State BuildingsProtectiveSecurityAct1983 is administered, is an external service provider for the Act, section 1.4, definition external service provider — • CITEC • CorpTech • Shared Service Agency.’.
