Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Police Service Administration Regulation 1990. 3 Amendment of s 8.2 (External service providers) Section 8.2(a) and (b)— omit, insert— ‘(a) for the department in which the QueenslandTreasuryCorporation Act 1988 is administered—CorpTech; (b) for the department in which the StateBuildingsProtective Security Act 1983 is administered— • CITEC • Shared Service Agency.’.
