s1 2 s4 Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation No. 146, 2006 (No. 1) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Service Administration Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Police Service Administration Regulation 1990. 4 Replacement of s 8.2 (External service providers) Section 8.2— omit, insert — ‘8.2 External service providers ‘A public service employee who is employed in any of the following units of a department is an external service provider for the Act, section 1.4, definition external service provider— (a) for the department in which the QueenslandTreasuryCorporation Act 1988 is administered— • CorporateLink • Corporate Solutions Queensland • CorpTech • PartnerOne • Shared Service Agency; (b) for the department in which the StateBuildingsProtective Security Act 1983 is administered—CITEC.’.
