POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South

Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 (1) of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act by inserting at the end of that Schedule the following description of a position:

Director, Australian Bureau of Criminal Intelligence
