POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 (1) of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation amend Schedule 2 to that Act as follows:

(a)	by omitting from that Schedule the following descriptions of positions:
Commander, Special Agencies Executive Director, Human Resources Commander, Professional Responsibility Regional Commander-North
Regional Commander-North West

Regional Commander-South

Regional Commander-South West
Executive Director, Education and Training Commander, Region Support
(b)	by inserting after the description of the positions of Deputy Commissioner the following descriptions of positions:

Assistant Commissioner-Commander, Olympics

Assistant Commissioner-Commander, Special Agencies

Assistant Commissioner-Executive Director, Human Resources

Assistant Commissioner-Commander, Professional
Responsibility

Assistant Commissioner-Regional Commander-North
