POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION
(L.S.) G. SAMUELS, Governor.
I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South
Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 (1) of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act as follows:
| (a) | by omitting the following: Assistant Commissioner—Commander, Olympics Assistant Commissioner—Commander, Professional Responsibility | |||
| (b) | by omitting “Assistant Commissioner—Executive Director, Human Resources” and by inserting instead “Assistant Commissioner- Executive Director, Human Resources and Development”, | |||
| (c) | by omitting “Assistant Commissioner—Commander, Special Agencies” and by inserting instead “Assistant Commissioner- Commander, Crime Agencies”, | |||
| (d) | by inserting after “Assistant Commissioner—Executive Director, Education and Training” the following: | |||
| ||||
| Region Commander—Region ( 10 positions) Commander, Olympic Security | ||||
| (e) | by omitting “Senior Executive Director, Management Support” and by inserting instead “Executive Director, Management Services”, | |||
| (f) | by omitting “Commander, Forensic Services Group” and by inserting instead “Director, Forensic Services Group”. |
