POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 (1) of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation amend Schedule 2 to that Act as follows:

(a)	by omitting from that Schedule the following descriptions of positions:
Deputy Commissioner State Commander
(b)	by inserting at the beginning of that Schedule the following description of positions:

Deputy Commissioner (2 positions)
