POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Police Service senior executive positions) to that Act by inserting at the end of that Schedule the position of Confidential Response Officer to the Royal Commission.
