POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 (Police Service Senior Executive Positions) to that Act by omitting the following descriptions of positions:

Dean of Studies
Commander, Establishment Control
Communications Manager, Information Technology Branch

Applications Development Manager, Information Technology Branch.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to omit four positions from the list of Senior

Executive Service positions in the Police Service.

This Proclamation is made under section 34 of the Police Service Act 1990.
