I , Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 (1) of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Police Service Senior Executive Positions):

(a)	byomitting from thatSchedulethe position ofDirector, Investigations, Independent Commission Against Corruption;
(b)	byinsertingattheendofthatSchedulethepositionof Commander, Fraud Enforcement Agency.
