POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Police Service Senior Executive Positions):

(a) by inserting at the beginning of that Schedule the following position:

Deputy Commissioner

(b) by omitting from that Schedule the following positions:

Director, Drug Enforcement Agency
Commander, Strategic Services
Director, Operations Support
Director, Education and Training
Director, Finance

Manager, National Exchange of Police Information

and by inserting instead the following positions:

Commander, Drug Enforcement Agency
Executive Director, Strategy and Review
Commander, Operations Support
Executive Director, Education and Training
Executive Director, Finance
Director, National Exchange of Police Information
