POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Police Service Senior Executive Positions) by omitting from that Schedule the following positions:

Commander, Legal Services

Principal Analyst, Legal

and by inserting instead the following position:

Solicitor
