POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 34 of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Police Service Senior Executive Positions) by omitting from that Schedule the following positions:

Commander, Policy, Planning and Evaluation
Executive Director
Director, Policy and Planning
District Comammder—Gosford
District Commander—Dubbo

Director, Australia Bureau of Criminal Investigation

and by inserting instead the following positions:

Commander, Strategy Services
Executive Director, Corporate Services
Director, Policy and Programs
District Commander, Central Coast
District Commander, Orana
Director, Australian Bureau of Criminal Intelligence
