POLICE SERVICE ACT 1990—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Police Service Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act (Police Service Senior Executive Positions):

(a) by omitting from that Schedule the following positions:

Head, Personnel and Education
Director, Operations State Command
Commander, Task Forces—Drug Enforcement Agency

Director, Marketing Statistics and Evaluation

(b) by inserting at the end of that Schedule the following positions:

Director, Marketing and Media
Director, Operations Support
Commander, Police Citizens Youth Clubs
Director of Investigations, State Drug Crime Commission

Deputy Director of Operations, Independent Commission

Against Corruption

Director, Executive Development Program
