An Act to amend the Police Regulation (Superannuation) Act,

1906, with respect to additional superannuation allowanees

payable to certain widows. [Assented to, 22nd October, 1980.]

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short

1. This Act may be cited as the “Police Regulation

(Superannuation) Amendment Act, 1980”.

Commence-

(1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the date

of assent to this Act.

(2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall

be deemed to have commenced on 28th September, 1979.
