2. The Police Regulation (Superannuation) Act, 1906- Amendment

such date, by—

(a) one-fifth; or

(b) an amount equal to the difference between the annual superannuation

' allowance so payable to the retired

■ member and the annual superannuation allowance which would be payable to a

'	member of the Police Force retiring on the said date and having rank and
;	service equivalent to that which the retired member had at the time of his retirement,

whichever is the less.
