and in pursuance of the Police Regulation (Superannuation) Act 1906,
has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.
J. P. HANNAFORD,
Minister for Industrial Relations.
The Police Superannuation Regulation 1984 is amended by inserting after clause 3 the following clause:
Additional members of the police force to whom the Act applies
3A. For the purposes of section 1A of the Act, the class of members of the police force consisting of the persons set out below is prescribed as a class to which the provisions of that section do not apply:

Shaun Patrick MOLONEY—Registered No 25077Jennifer Louise CULLANE—Registered No 25777
EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Regulation validates the membership in the Police Superannuation Scheme of the three officers specified. Due to an administrative delay in the swearing in of those officers as probationary constables until after the closure of the Scheme on 1 April 1988, their membership of the scheme was technically invalid.
