Preamble.

’HEREAS doubts have arisen whether the Act nineteenth Vic­

toria number twenty-four extends to all places within the

Colony of New South Wales and it is expedient to extend the pro­

visions of the said Act to all places whether jii'oclaimed Towns or

otherwise Avithin the said Colony Be it therefore enacted by the

Queen’s Most Excellent Alajesty by and Aiuth the advice and consent

of the Legislath'e Council and LegislatiA'e Assembly of N cav South

Wales in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as

follows ;—
