POLICE REGULATION (AMENDMENT)

Act No. 20, 1944.
An Act to provide for extended leave of absence George vi.
for members of the police force and the payment of the monetary value of any such extended leave not taken before death; for these purposes to amend the Police Regulation Act, 1899-1943; and for pur poses connected therewith. [Assented to, 14th November, 1944.]
T ) E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, I f by and witb the advice and consent of the Legis lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South "Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Such payment shall be in addition to any payment due under the provisions of the Police Eegulation (Superannuation) Act, 1906-1944: |
| Provided that where payment of the money value of leave has been made under this section, no action may be brought against the Crown for payment of any amount in respect of such leave. |
