(Amendment).

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;—

1.          This Act may be cited as the “Police Regulation short title.

(Allegations of Misconduct) Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Act,

1980”.

2. (1) This section and section I shall commence on the date Commence- mcnt.

of assent to this Act.

(2) Except as provided by subsection (1), this Act .shall commence on the day appointed and notilied under section 2 (2) of the Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal Act, 1980.

3. The Police Regulation (Allegations of Misconduct) Act, Amendment

1978, is amended by omitting section 37 (1) (c) and by inserting

instead the following paragraph ;— See. 37.
