POLICE REGULATION (ALLEGATIONS OF MISCONDUCT)

AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 109—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Police Regulation (Allegations of Misconduct) Amendment Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

11 March 1991 as the day on which Schedule 1 (7) to that Act, and
section 3 in its application to that provision, commence.
