Part 2 Amendment of Police Powers and Responsibilities Regulation 2000 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilitiesRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 8P (Extension of operation of ss 604–608 of Act—Act, s 608) Section 8P, ‘31 December 2006’— omit, insert— ‘31 July 2007’. 4 Amendment of s 8Q (Expiry of part) Section 8Q, ‘31 December 2006’— omit, insert— ‘31 July 2007’. 5 Amendment of sch 6 (Acts restricting starting of proceedings) Schedule 6, ‘ Corrective Services Act 2000’—
