s1 2 s5 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 299, 2005 Regulation (No. 8) 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 8) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 4 (Applying for notified area declaration) Section 4(2)(c), examples— omit, insert— Examples crime statistics a statement from the local district officer of the police service’. 4 Amendment of s 7 (Steps before applying for an extended declaration) Section 7(3), examples— omit, insert ‘Examples notifying people of the proposal by television advertisement arranging for a letterbox drop of leaflets about the proposal erecting a notice at or near the place’. 5 Amendment of sch 10 (Responsibilities code) (1) Schedule 10, section 7, examples— omit, insert— ‘Examples a doctor, pathologist or forensic scientist a photographer or fingerprint expert an electrician or carpenter
