s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 246, 2004 Regulation (No. 7) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 20 November 2004. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 11 (Notified areas) Schedule 11— insert — ‘14A Surfers Paradise—area between the Esplanade and low water mark (1) The area at Surfers Paradise between the Esplanade and low water mark of the Pacific Ocean with— (a) a northern boundary in line with the north side of Elkhorn Avenue; and (b) a southern boundary in line with the south side of Trickett Street. (2) Expiry day for this section—3 December 2004.’.
