s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 325, 2003 Regulation (No. 7) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilitiesRegulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 8, s 28 (Report on covert search) Schedule 8, section 28(f), example, paragraph 2, ‘ Crimes (Confiscation) Act 1989 ’— omit, insert— ‘ Criminal Proceeds Confiscation Act 2002 ’. 4 Amendment of sch 8A (Notified areas) (1) Schedule 8A, after section 2, as renumbered 1 — insert— ‘3 Burleigh Heads—John Laws Park and Justin Park ‘ (1) The following area at Burleigh Heads— (a) John Laws Park; (b) Justin Park south of a boundary in line with the north side of Third Avenue. ‘ (2) Expiry day for this section—11 December 2005.’. (2) Schedule 8A, after section 5, as renumbered— insert — ‘6 Kingaroy—bus terminal ‘ (1) The following area on the east side of Glendon Street, Kingaroy between Alford and Haly Streets— 1 See the schedule for the renumbering.
