s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 286, 2003 Regulation (No. 6) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 22 November 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilitiesRegulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 8A (Notified areas) Schedule 8A— insert— ‘ 1A.(1) The area at Surfers Paradise between the Esplanade and low water mark of the Pacific Ocean with— (a) a northern boundary in line with the north side of Elkorn Avenue; and (b) a southern boundary in line with the south side of Trickett Street. ‘ (2) Expiry day for this section—1 December 2003.’.
