s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 251, 2003 Regulation (No. 5) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 27 October 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilitiesRegulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 8A (Notified areas) (1) Schedule 8A, sections 6(2) and 7(2), ‘27 October 2003’— omit, insert— ‘27 October 2005’. (2) Schedule 8A— insert— ‘ 13.(1) The area in the vicinity of the Mount Isa central business district within the following boundary— • the east bank of the Leichhardt River from the south side of Isa Street to the north side of Grace Street • the north side of Grace Street to Marian Street • the south side of Marian Street to Gray Street • the east side of Gray Street to the south side of Isa Street • the south side of Isa Street to the east bank of the Leichhardt River. ‘ (2) Expiry day for this section—26 October 2004.’.
