s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 181, 2001 Regulation (No. 4) 2001 PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 8 October 2001. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF POLICE POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES REGULATION 2000 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilitiesRegulation 2000. 4 Amendment of sch 8A Schedule 8A, after section 4— insert — ‘ 5.(1) The pedestrian and cycle bridge across the Brisbane River from Gardens Point, City, to South Bank ( “the bridge” ). ‘ (2) The area at the South Bank end of the bridge within the following boundaries— • a direct line from the southern side of the end of the bridge to a point on the southern edge of the vehicular carriageway at the intersection of Stanley Street and Sidon Street, South Brisbane, in line with the southern side of the end of the bridge • a direct line along the vehicular carriageway at the intersection of Stanley Street and Sidon Street, South Brisbane, from the point on the southern edge of the vehicular carriageway in line with the
