s1 2 s5 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 131, 2006 Regulation (No. 3) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2006 . 2 Commencement Section 4 commences on 1 July 2006. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilities Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of s 8N (Declared localities—Act, s 371B) (1) Section 8N(a), ‘Mount Isa;’— omit, insert— ‘Mount Isa; 1 ’. (2) Section 8N(e), footnote— omit. (3) Section 8N— insert— ‘(f) “Place of Safety Trial” Map 6 Rockhampton; (g) “Place of Safety Trial” Map 6A Gracemere-Rockhampton; (h) “Place of Safety Trial” Map 7 Caboolture.’. 5 Amendment of s 8P (Extension of operation of ss 371B–371F of Act—Act s 371F) Section 8P, ‘30 June 2006’— 1 The map for a declared locality is available for inspection at each police station in the locality between 8a.m. and 4p.m. Monday to Friday. All of the maps are available for inspection at Police Headquarters, 200 Roma Street, Brisbane between 8a.m. and 4p.m. Monday to Friday.
