s1 2 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 162, 2001 Regulation (No. 3) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2001 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 21 September 2001. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the PolicePowersandResponsibilitiesRegulation 2000 . 4 Amendment of sch 8A (Notified areas) Schedule 8A, after section 2— insert— ‘ 3.(1) The part of Bray Park, lot 75 on CTN 2129, Wyndham Avenue, Boyne Island, south of the north-west side of the stormwater drain between the west bank of the Boyne River and the intersection of Lighthouse Drive and Wyndham Avenue. ‘ (2) Expiry day for this section—20 September 2003. ‘ 4.(1) The area at Tannum Sands, known as the Tannum Sands Millennium Esplanade Recreation Area, within the following boundaries— (a) from a point on the shoreline of Port Curtis at the point closest to the north end of the north-west side of the beach access path through Oaks Road Park near lot 1 on RP 605875, Oaks Road, Tannum Sands, to the closest point on the north-west side of the path; (b) along the north-west side of the path; (c) from the end of the path in a direct line to the south corner of the property boundary of lot 1 on RP 605875; (d) a direct line to the north-east corner of the property boundary of lot 22 on RP 607387;

s4 3 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 162, 2001 Regulation (No. 3) 2001 (e) along the east property boundaries of lots 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 on RP 607387; (f) a direct line to the south-west corner of the property boundary of lot 101 on T 8282, Ocean Street; (g) the west, north-west and north property boundaries of lot 101 on T 8282; (h) the north-east property boundaries of lots 101, 102, 103, 104 and 105 on T 8282; (i) a direct line to the north-east corner of the property boundary of lot 7 on RP 619423; (j) the north-east property boundaries of lot 7 on RP 619423, lot 4 on T 82817 and lots 205 and 206 on T 8282; (k) the east, south-east and south property boundaries of lot 206 on T 8282; (l) a direct line to the west corner of the property boundary of lot 124 on T 8282, known as Peters Play Park; (m) the south-west property boundary of lot 124 on T 8282; (n) a direct line to the south-west corner of the property boundary of lot 301 on T 8282, Ocean Street; (o) the west, north-west and north property boundaries of lot 301 on T 8282; (p) along the north-east property boundaries of lots 301, 302, 303, 304 and 305 on T 8282 and lot 6 on T 82836; (q) the east property boundary of lot 6 on T 82836; (r) a direct line to the closest point on the south side of the pedestrian path between lot 6 on T 82836 and BUP 106973; (s) the south side of the path to the point where the path meets The Esplanade; (t) the west side of The Esplanade to its intersection with Creek Road; (u) a direct line to the south side of Creek Road at a point in line with the west side of The Esplanade;

s4 4 s4 Police Powers and Responsibilities Amendment No. 162, 2001 Regulation (No. 3) 2001 (v) a direct line to the closest point on the north-west bank of Wild Cattle Creek; (w) the north-west bank of Wild Cattle Creek to the point where Wild Cattle Creek meets the shoreline of Port Curtis; (x) the shoreline of Point Curtis, to the point where the area’s boundary starts. ‘ (2) Expiry day for this section—20 September 2003.’.
